In Elemental Dialogues: The Language of the Land, artists Jody Nash and Laura Harris offer a contemplative conversation between earth and sky, science and spirit, memory and place.
Jody Nash, a retired RN, captures the emotional essence of the natural world through her distinctive soft pastel landscapes. Drawn to deep vistas, dramatic skies, ocean horizons, and shimmering reflections, her work evokes a quiet reverence for the expansive beauty of land and water.
Laura Harris, a retired veterinarian, creates sculptural ceramics and totems using predominantly stoneware clay. Guided by both scientific insight and intuitive creativity, her pieces embody transformation and connection, speaking to the timeless rhythms of the natural world.
Together, their work invites viewers to slow down, listen closely, and engage in a visual dialogue with the elemental forces that shape our inner and outer landscapes.
